This adjustment significantly impacts the internal volume of the boot. It's advisable to keep hold of your thick X-Comfort insoles; in most cases, when the leather stretches, they can be comfortably reinserted

We offer a 45-day refund period for items purchased directly from us and a 60-day exchange period. If the items are not returned to us in the same condition they were sent out to you in, unfortunately, we will not be able to process the refund or exchange.
