7 points for every £1

Order while logged into your account and you earn 7 points on every pound you spend. Nothing to claim, it just happens.

Save

They clear after 45 days

We hold them until our refund window has passed, so when they land they are genuinely yours. After that they sit there and never expire.

Spend

Swap them for a voucher

1,500 points for £15 off, 2,500 for £25, or 4,750 for £50. Anything left over stays put, and you can change your mind right up until you use it.

How it works

  1. Buy your boots

Every order earns 7 points for each £1 you spend, straight into your account. You need to be logged in when you order — a guest checkout has nowhere for us to put them.

  2. They clear after 45 days

That is our refund window. We hold the points until it has passed, so that when they land they are genuinely yours and we are never taking them back off you.

You can watch them clearing above, with the date they land.
  3. Swap them for a voucher

Once you have enough, turn your points into a £15, £25 or £50 voucher. Anything left over stays in your account for next time. Change your mind before you use it and you can put the points straight back.

The rules, plainly

7 points per £1
Worked out on what you actually pay, after any discount and excluding postage. 100 points is worth £1, so a £159 pair earns you 1,113 points — about £11 towards the next pair.
Three vouchers
1,500 points for £15 off orders over £100. 2,500 points for £25 off orders over £125. 4,750 points for £50 off orders over £150 — that last one is deliberately cheaper per pound, so saving up is worth more than cashing out early.
Change your mind
As long as you have not used it, you can put a voucher back and the points return to your account. Once it has been spent on an order it is gone, same as any other discount.
One code per order
A voucher is tied to your account, works once, and cannot be combined with another discount code. If a sale saves you more, use the sale and keep your points for next time.
Returns take them back
If boots go back, the points for them go back too. That is why we hold them for 45 days first. If they had already cleared and you had spent them, we leave it — we will not chase you.

Questions

What happened to my old points?

They came across with you, and they are worth exactly what they were before — 100 points to the pound, with the same £15, £25 and £50 vouchers.

One thing did change, in your favour: you now earn 7 points per £1 rather than 6, so everything from here builds a little faster.

Any voucher you had already claimed still works exactly as it did.

Why do I have to wait 45 days?

It matches our refund window. If we handed the points over on day one we would have to claw them back every time a pair went back, which is miserable for everyone. Waiting means that once they land, they are yours and we are not touching them.

I claimed a voucher by mistake. Can I undo it?

Yes, as long as you have not used it. Press Put the points back next to the voucher and they go straight back into your balance. The code stops working at that point, so if you have already passed it on it will not work for them either.

Do my points expire?

Points sitting in your account do not expire, so there is no rush and nothing is lost by saving up. Once you swap them for a voucher, that voucher is good for 12 months.

I ordered as a guest. Do I still get points?

Only orders placed while you were logged in earn points — a guest order has no account attached for us to credit. If that has happened to you, ring us on 01886 888873 or drop us a line and we will sort it out.

Can I use a voucher on a sale item?

Yes, as long as the order reaches the voucher's minimum. What you cannot do is stack it with another discount code on the same order.
