Shoe fit guide
Getting the right fit is simple. All you need is your foot length and width — and for long boots, your calf. Follow the three steps below and we’ll take you to the boots that fit.
↗ Free UK returns — get the fit right at home
1Foot length · start here
You’ll need one to start with — pull out the most comfortable insole from a shoe or boot that already fits well. A flexible tape measure is easiest, but a ruler works too.
| UK size | EU size | Foot length (cm) |
|---|---|---|
| 2.5 | 35 | 23.0 cm |
| 3 | 36 | 23.5 cm |
| 4 | 37 | 24.5 cm |
| 5 | 38 | 25.5 cm |
| 6 | 39 | 26.0 cm |
| 7 | 40 | 26.5 cm |
| 7.5 | 41 | 27.0 cm |
Lengths differ a little between styles — the size chart on each product page is always the one to go by.
2Foot width · every boot
No tape measure needed. Just think about how the front of your foot usually feels in shoes, then start with the matching boots.

3Calf fit · long boots only
Up to your knee? When trying long boots, they usually come in calf shapes. Shopping ankle boots? You can happily skip this bit.
Measure both legs: wider calf, then check both numbers and go by this one — unless that boot has room to adjust.

We’ll show the boots that should fit.
One last thing: fit changes a little with each style, leather and lining. Every product page has its own size chart just above the size buttons — that’s always the one to go by for the boot you’re buying.
