Find your fit
Getting the right fit is simple. All you need is your foot length and width — and for long boots, your calf. Follow the three steps below and we’ll take you to the boots that fit.

1Foot length · start here
Measure a shoe that already fits
You’ll need one to start with — pull out the most comfortable insole from a shoe or boot that already fits well. A flexible tape measure is easiest, but a ruler works too.

1Pick a great pair. Choose shoes that feel right with the socks you’d normally wear. Slip the insole out if you can.

2Measure heel to toe. Along the insole, from the back of the heel to the tip of the longest toe. Keep it straight, in centimetres.

3Match the size chart. Open the size chart on the boot you want and find your length — it gives the best match for that style.

3Calf fit · long boots only
Two more measurements for long boots
Up to your knee? When trying long boots, they usually come in calf shapes. Shopping ankle boots? You can happily skip this bit.
- Wear the socks or leggings you’d normally have on with the boots, and stand with your foot flat.
- Calf width: measure right around the widest part of your calf.
- Boot height: measure from the floor to the crease behind your knee.
Measure both legs: wider calf, then check both numbers and go by this one — unless that boot has room to adjust.
