Autumn Edit
45 products
Our Autumn Edit splits two ways: fully waterproof Storm boots with a Wil-Tex™ membrane and sheep-wool lining, and warm wool or sheepskin-lined leather boots with no membrane, for dry autumn days and riding. Heights run from Ottawa and Rocky short boots, through Alaska, Polar and Quebec mid-calf styles, to the Hudson, Nebraska, Andalucia and Montana long boots, with merino socks and wool insoles to layer underneath. Several styles run large — the Montana, Quebec and Hudson especially — so check the fit note on each product page before choosing your size.

Autumn Boots Buying Guide
Autumn is the awkward season. The ground is wet more often than not, mornings are cold before the day warms up, and you are usually going straight from the yard to the shops without changing. The boots below are the ones we reach for between September and the first hard frost.
There are two different things in this edit and it is worth knowing which you need. The Storm boots are genuinely waterproof, built on a Wil-Tex™ membrane with sheep wool inside. The wool and sheepskin-lined leather boots are just as warm but have no membrane at all, so they are for dry autumn days, hacking and dry yards rather than standing in mud.
Which Autumn Boots Are Right for You?
Every model in the collection is below, grouped by whether it keeps water out. Check the Waterproof row first, then the Fit row — several of these run large.
