If you are not completely satisfied with your boots purchased from Bareback Footwear you can always return them to us, please let us know within 7 days of receipt that you would like to return your item(s) using our online form then you will have 14 days to return for an exchange or refund.
Please return footwear in a mailing bag- Do not use tape or write on the box itself We advise that you use a traceable & insured postal service to return your purchase as Bareback Footwear cannot be held responsible for goods in transit.

Regrettably Bareback footwear will NOT refund the cost of returning your item(s) to us unless received a faulty or a wrongly dispatched item.
Please note: we cannot accept returns of footwear care products once they have been used. Please note: All sale footwear purchased from our show trade stands will NOT be accepted for an exchange or refund. REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES REFUNDS: A full refund will be given to the value of the footwear purchased (if you have notified us in 7 days and returned within 14 days) provided the boots are returned - *unused *in original packaging *re-saleable condition ( any footwear returned not re-sellable will only receive a partial refund, the amount of refund to be decided by Bareback Footwear ) any boots too badly damaged will be returned to the customer postage costs will be met by the customer.cs *proof of purchase Once we have received your item(s) back you will be refunded using the method originally used by you to pay for your purchase, funds usually take 3-5 working days to clear to your account and a confirmation email will be sent to you.
EXCHANGES: We are always happy to exchange sizes for you (please notify us in 7 days of receipt and return to us in 14 days) please provide us with details of exchange size preferred in with returned item(s) and any postal address changes, footwear must be returned *unused *in original packaging *re-sellable condition *with proof of purchase Once we have received your item(s) back we will post out the exchange ( Bareback Footwear will cover postage costs on exchanged item(s) via standard delivery 2-3 working days UK only ) If a first class delivery is required there will be a charge of £6 paid by customer
